Description
The “haute couture look” look:
Base – apply a correcting under (cover) base with coconut on the eyelids.
Color – Apply one or more velvety matte or opalescent silky shadows to the inner and outer corner of the eye, creating a bracket.
Illuminating – Apply a light color of velvety matte eyeshadow under the browline.
Bonding – Combine the colors in the crease of the eyelid with an opal shade.
Pop – Add a little color in the center of the eyelid. For a shinier look, rub the whole thing with a metallic color.
